ORGANIZATION OF MEALS FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL DURING COMBAT OPERATIONS - NEW TYPES OF FOOD

Modern combat operations are characterized by high mobility, extreme climatic conditions, as well as a special intensity of military operations. In such conditions, providing military personnel with adequate nutrition becomes one of the key tasks that determine both the combat capability of detachments as well as their survival rate. During an armed conflict, traditional forms of catering based on cooking hot food often prove impossible. This requires the introduction of new approaches, including the use of innovative types of products and technologies for their processing.
