A CALL TO ACTION: LESSONS FROM UKRAINE FOR THE FUTURE FORCE

After the rapid raids of 2022, which somewhat resembled the actions of the Russian Civil War of 1918-1920, in the summer/autumn of this year the parties entered the classic positional stalemate of the First World War and the question that is being asked now is whether it will be followed by deep operations of the Second World War? As in all major and protracted armed conflicts, real battles revealed, to put it mildly, the discrepancy between both advanced doctrinal approaches and simple tactical and technical characteristics of weapons - Western and Eastern, democratic and not so, modern and retrograde.

Everyone has to learn anew, and from this point of view, an article published in the quarterly of the Army college of the country, whose armed forces are considered the first in the world, is noteworthy.
