At the beginning of the third year of Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, it can be stated that the events that began in February 2022, like any major war of the last centuries, led to the collapse of many ideas, theories and authorities in the political and military fields. The initiators, the main participants, and observers from all sides saw and got what they did not plan and did not expect.
